According to the Act for the Independent Financial Audit, every year auditors are obliged to publish a Transparency Report, at the latest by 30th April after the end of the calendar year, on their website insofar as they carried out at least one company audit of public interest in the year in question.

Statements regarding the structure, the internal organisation and the quality assurance measures of the audit firm have to be disclosed in the Transparency Report.
